- Only Money Orders, Cashier's Checks or Bank
"Official" Checks will be accepted - Rent due by the 5th of every month
Maintenance & Repairs By Phone
- Please call (619) 797-1471 for repairs
- Normal hours for repair calls are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- For 24 hour emergency repairs, please call (619) 797-1471,
then press 1 to be transferred to Manager's Pager - Emergencies are extreme flooding, fire or extremely severe
problems that cannot wait until the next business day
